She learned about the possessive form of a noun and what and how to use labels in a story. She completed several phonics activities. She traced the calendar for February and talked about why there are only 28 days in the month of February. She worked on writing sentences using the proper punctuation and capitalization. She worked on an L-blend story.
We practiced subtraction strategies, place values, number lines, and word problems. Then we practiced expanded form and subtracting multiples of 10 from 2-digit numbers.

We learned about key words to look for in word problems to determine whether you need to add or subtract. We added and subtracted 10 from 2-digit numbers. Then we practiced subtracting single digits from numbers up to 100. We completed a school assignment of adding 4’s to numbers too.

We practiced identifying how many hundreds, tens, and ones in each place value. Then we practiced ordering numbers from least to greatest. We practiced adding 10 and one and subtracting 10 and one from several members. We wrote numbers in expanded form and practiced counting by fives and tens to 100 too.
We practiced identifying the tens and ones place values. Then we practiced identifying the written form of numbers from 10 to 100 and matching them with the numerical, standard form.
