During today's computer lab session, Teddy was given the task of typing/keyboarding with an online Arcademics keyboarding "Sky Chase" program. He embraced this activity and demonstrated very good skill in keyboarding accurately and with reasonable speed. This activity also reinforced his grade-level spelling knowledge.
Libby wanted to type on the old-fashioned Olympia typewriter. She worked on creating words and sentences. We focused on good posture and finger positions.
Antonyms: Identifying opposite meaning words. Arcademics online educational program. Learning to Fly: CoolMath educational program for maximizing flight of a "Penguin".

Student had a timed exercise for choosing antonyms for various Grade 1/2 level vocabulary words. Learning to Fly exercise required student to determine specific conditions to maximize flight elevation and time for a flying penguin.

During today's Computer Lab session, Teddy was well focused and engaged in the learning activities. He worked productively with identifying antonym words for Grade 1/2 vocabulary and enjoyed/ showed good skill with the Learning to Fly penguin flight program.
