Coding: Quiz Day
Lesson Outline
Cabo had his HTML coding quiz today.

He had to generate sufficient code from scratch to create a website matching the quiz specifications.

Cabo did an excellent job of following the specifications of the quiz.

He should be careful to close each element per html syntax.

Cabo also chose to use some of his remaining time at the end of the class to study for his Spanish Quiz! Way to use your time productively, Cabo.

Coding HTML: Sample Quiz
Lesson Outline
Sam wrote notes of concepts that we have explored in prior classes.

Those included the basics of HTML, its history, and uses. He was very curious about its inventor.

He then was given a sample quiz. He then modified existing code to create a page that fit the specifications given in the quiz.

Next he will need to generate the code from scratch.

Lesson Outline
Cabo's lesson for today covered the use of project proposals as a method of communication amongst interested and potentially interested parties. Examples were provided as part of the lesson, as well as a template. We discussed key parts of the document, and helped Cabo to organize his thoughts by working on statements specific to him.

Cabo struggled to transition away from the computer today. He was instructed multiple times to completely transition away from the computer and all devices for the initial instruction.

15 minute recess.

Cabo never fully transitioned off of his device.
