Libby used a rice tray to trace letters. We played Bingo together, looking for letters. On writing paper, Libby write capital letters. I read Detective LaRue while Libby held the stuffed dog.

Chris took his spelling test. We read several science fiction short stories and discussed them. Chris did some writing.

Kaitlin took her spelling test. We read the last of Animal Farm and discussed it.

Jason and I played basketball, ping pong, and our fun outdoor games.

Jason ran laps and played fast hand eye coordination games. Jason and I played basketball and fun games on jungle gym.

Lucas and I played several one-on-one games. We worked on ball handling and driving right.

Basketball skill training. One-on-one play and coordination on ball dribbles. We played games til 11 and did so with no outside jumpers. We worked on back down dribbles.

PJ and I played chess and engaged in fun activities during this session.

Ben and I discussed federalism in more depth. We watched a video highlighting these powers and understood the context of the states in comparison to one another. Ben liked discussing the nature of each state.

Ben and I discussed the separation of powers between the federal government and state governments. We also discussed the separation of power between each branch of federal governments. We discussed how judicial system works in comparison to others.
