Bobby reviewed spelling words. He determined their part of speech and used them in a sentence. He edited a paragraph. He found mistakes in capitalization, punctuation, and spelling. We reviewed prepositions and prepositional phrases used as adjectives. We focused on the questions that prepositional phrases answer: what kind? or how many?
After warm up and stretch, Bobby did incline DB presses, lateral pulldowns, ab bench crunches, cable chestflers, bent over rows, DB scissor kicks, incline push ups, super mans, bicycles, cool down and stretch.
