We read an excerpt about El Quijote. Ben mentioned that he had read an English translation of it.

David and I read a book today. He has decided to use that as the book that he will read to the younger students.

David then looked at the chapter review.

Kaitlin and I discussed her progress with her homework assignment. She has completed most of it.

She should study her vocabulary for the test.

Cam and I finished our reading about Simon Bolivar.

We then introduced our next theme: Food.

David and I worked to prepare him for his upcoming Spanish.

Ben and I had a fantastic session today. By the end of class, he was able to arrange a series of notecards in the correct order to match our Ser conjugation verb tree.

This will be the format for his ser conjugation quiz. If this would have been the quiz, he would have received a 100%.

Furthermore, he was able to use the chart that he generated to create a number of simple Spanish sentences.

Kaitlin and I reviewed the work that she has done so far for her homework. Because she worked ahead, I was able to help her correct her understanding prior to her test.

She earned extra credit for doing so.

She worked on her notecards.

David answered questions dealing with the conversation that we read last class.

He worked on his notecards. He seemed to be more familiar with his weekly vocabulary the last two weeks than he is this week.

We read about a historical figure of South America.

We worked on a series of problems helping him with vocabulary.
