Lesson Outline
Sophia read 3 more chapters from Blundell's novel. We analyzed foreshadowing and subtext in dialogue. Much of her comprehension issues is hindered by a limited English vocabulary but also by historical cultural context since the setting is late 1940's after World War II. She is, however, drawn to geographical setting of Palm Beach.
