Matthew’s room was completely empty, but together we managed to craft a makeshift table out of some old boxes and were able to watch the first 30 minutes of Lilo and Stitch!

Matthew was absent for our final Wednesday lesson.

Matthew was unable to attend our final Tuesday lesson.

Matthew and I completed his guided workbook lesson for the story of Gideon’s Army, a story that covers the patience, and grace, of God.

I asked Matthew to recite a prayer this morning and we listened to the Lord's prayer; I had him listen to the song version. Matthew was excited to return to school today and said he felt better, having rested at home yesterday.

Matthew and I were pressed for time, however Matthew finished the last VeggieTales film we'll be watching together. Matthew and I then spent the last 10 minutes spending some time outside.

Matthew and I are very close to completing the full lesson plan for the school year! One of the last lessons covers the Last Supper, the betrayal from Judas, and the lead up to the resurrection.
