JPaul listed his goals for this year, 5-year goals, and life time goals. Then we discussed creating S.M.A.R.T. goals. Specific: Be specific about what you want to accomplish.
Measurable: Determine what metrics you will use to measure success.
Achievable: Set goals that are attainable.
Relevant: Consider the impact that achieving the goal will have on your business.
Time-bound: Set a timeline that will keep you on track to achieve the goal.
