Halloween yoga flow; new poses: mighty pose, and knees to chest variation

Lesson Outline

We discussed and practiced 2 new yoga poses: mighty pose, and knees to chest variation. The remainder of class was spent on creating a "Halloween yoga flow" for the school party on Monday. We put several movements together with a Frankenstein theme. We will perform on Monday for students and teachers before the pizza party.
