I had her go into FAU subject area databases and look for peer reviewed articles on short stories we are reading. I also showed her how to save the citations from the abstract directly into RefWorks. We talked a bit about sources for MLA style. I also had her read part of a peer reviewed article on a Balzac story we had read.
Mary was back to her old self today. She was having some problems with a couple of the girls at school and she shared with me. We had a good productive hour.
For most of class, we followed along with a Kids Workout video which was primarily aerobic, with some yoga. We ended class with our own yoga stretches to cool down.
