Mary was ontime and had remembered her hip scarf (for belly dancing tomorrow). She was very involved with our nutrition discussion and enjoyed our outdoor Sun Salutation yoga session. She is improving in all of her yoga postures.

Mary is moving through the trigonometry chapter. However, after today's session, I am wondering if she is understanding the concepts or just moving through without actually understanding. She is able to solve most of the problems, but I'm not sure that she understands "why?" because she often is not able to translate her knowledge to other problems. Sometimes she is interested in finding out the reason for using the methods that she is taught, other times she isn't.
