Baylie continued to review for the end of the year exam. For map skills she identified various countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Baylie was asked to review the effects of Christianity on Europe and Asia. We discussed the Renaissance, the Charleston field trip, and Missions. These topics might be a part of an essay required for the exam. The final part of the lesson was spent playing the game Kahoot. Baylie played Kahoot on Renaissance 2 and Chapter 10 from her history textbook. Baylie continues to put forth maximum effort on every aspect of her assignments.
Baylie worked on problems to complete the chapter 12 exam during our session.

Baylie did a great job working on the problems for her exam today. She asked for guidance on a few occasions but was able to answer the questions independently. We will be preparing on Thursday and Friday for her final exam to be given next week at school.
The session today was review. Baylie played a game called Kahoot. She had to answer questions about world history that she had studied this school year. Baylie will continue to work on reviewing for the exam by playing Kahoot each day this week.
Baylie read, discussed, and analyzed the next two chapters of The Hiding Place. She then began working on the 8th-grade final exam review. We will continue with that tomorrow.
We did most of the problems assigned by her teacher to prepare for the test on chapter 12. Baylie needs to finish 4 questions and complete the test for homework.

Baylie will be caught up with her class again by end of tomorrow. Her teacher has been slow in sending assignments so she has been a day behind this week. We should be fine once she completes her test.
Today, Baylie created the remaining slides for her World Mission lessons. She worked on describing two of the modern era missionaries she found most interesting. Baylie also created two slides on modern history stories about mission work. The final slide dealt with a video on the Free Burma Rangers movement. Another day of excellent work.
After opening with prayer, Baylie wrote her memory verses one time in her Bible journal. Baylie reviewed all her worksheets, their vocabulary, and the questions/answers. She designed her own test questions for me to answer from the information.
