John and I spoke about the year. We spoke about the things he liked to do and about some of the vocabulary. I made an envelope to put all of his work for the school year. He did a great job today.
Spelling workbook: read sentences and filled in blanks with a spelling word. Oral quiz on words - 90%. Wrote missed word five times on board. Read a chapter in 'Herbie Jones'.

-JM was very interested in completing the Self-Nomination form. While I wrote for him, his resposnes were very interesting. I suggest that he can speak for the youngest students in the school.
