We did a final review of the subjunctive, then started on the conditional. During this, Briana was expressing frustration with the pronunciation of a Spanish "r" so we spent a good deal of time practicing. We went through the alphabet and discussed the differences in Spanish and English pronunciation of consonants.
We continued on the use of the subjunctive in impersonal clauses. We practiced the clauses, and the exceptions to the use of the subjunctive.We also differentiated between the subjunctive and the infinitive in certain circumstances.
Briana takes the AP exam tomorrow. She did well on the review. Unfortunately there is no way to know exactly what topics will be test, but hopefully she will do well.
