Lesson Outline
We completed the letter A and B in the ABCs of Yoga for Kids book. New poses were airplane, alligator and bird. We also practiced ball and boat. We reviewed lion pose (good for letting out frustration) and sphinx (back stretch). Our yoga practice also included down dog (with variations), cat/cow, whale, cobra, mountain and volcano. Quinn worked hard on focusing today and staying on his mat when we did mat poses. Anna is attentive and always participates fully. Next week we will begin a lesson on breathing.
