We worked on some stretching and brain gym activities.

Located commas and verbs in short letters. Wrote a short letter to a friend using commas after the greeting and closing of the letter. Anna quickly grasped the concept. Quinn still needs some more practice.

Review vocabulary for "A Community of People" - for example, cooperation, rules, fair, community, citizen, responsibility, etc. Go over Map skills identifying countries, states, and map key (symbols). Anna and Quinn seemed to know the terms and took turns answering questions. They did very well.

Review numbers, colors, and conversational words for good morning, good afternoon, goodbye, see you later, what is your name, and how are you? Also, have Anna and Quinn pronounce the words that are labeled in the room, such as, door, wall, chair, etc. Anna and Quinn did a good job today...I was impressed with their knowledge of Spanish.
