I subbed for Debbie today and had a great time with Anna and Quinn. We read 3 chapters in their book, during which they were very attentive and well behaved. We then worked on the verb worksheet which Anna had breezed through, but Quinn needed some help. I had a lot of fun.

Ana: Continue with basic hand and finger exercises in the middle C position. Introduce technique for full octave C major scale.

Both Ana and Quinn did very well. Ana had a great attitude and did not get frustrated this time. She was able to do her full octave C major scale.
Quinn formed his chords very well. We need to work on his sense of rhythm so that he changes chords at the appropriate time and on the correct beat.
