Anna completed all assigned paper for test practice without help, an excellent work.
Quinn, had a lots of problems, first he didn't want to do the problem that was assigned, then he made a choice and wasn't able to focus on it. He couldn't stand by the fact that I talk to Anna, he wanted me to sit only with him, and I think that he wanted my attention all the time, and that's the reason that he was telling I don't know how to do it. When Anna finish the work, I worked with Quinn and helped him to complete the assignment. I spoke with his mom a little bit about it and she said that he does same thing at home and I should be strict.

Yoga discussion; review of poses; adding variations to poses; balancing; exercise balls; free play; relaxation
Lesson Outline
We started class with a discussion using the "I Love Yoga" book focusing on the different aspects of yoga (breathing, exercise, calming, focus). We practiced the poses depicted on the foam boards, with Anna and Quinn taking turns leading the class in those poses. We talked about balance and focus and practiced the tree pose, in different variations. Anna tried the King Cobra pose and was able to get into the pose (very difficult pose). Quinn worked hard on his tree and did very well. We took some pictures of both doing poses. I guided them on the exercise balls for 5 minutes, we then had 5 minutes of free play and 5 minutes of relaxation, laying on the mats with music and lavender lotion. We ended class with "Namaste."
