Lesson Outline
Brandon has a 6-page midterm due on Friday of this week, so we began an outline based on the assignment requirements. For this paper, Brandon must analyze the performance management strategies of an organization for which he works, discussing its weaknesses to propose new avenues for improvement. We started with the first body paragraph and will add an introduction once he has a feel for the rest of the paper.

Financial Accounting
Lesson Outline
Brandon wasn't able to finish the exercises for Financial Accounting on his own this weekend, so we started with them first so he does not lose points on the assignment. In his defense, the syllabus indicated that assignments were posted a week early for the next week, but this did not include the first set of assignments. We finished those exercises and Brandon submitted them at the end of our class.

He talked about the various roles human resource managers play and the tasks he did not know they were responsible for coordinating. We then moved on to his Financial Accounting course, making sure that he understood the course concepts to effectively address the discussion board post about debt. We then moved on to the text exercises that were assigned and found that we could finish most of them easily.
