Brandon began reading the material for next week in Busness Ethics to prepare for Week 4, when he has papers due in both this class and College English. We read Chapter 8 and its Case Studies, taking notes on the different case studies so that we would not have to reread them when writing his paper. Brandon prescience about future due dates is becoming increasing strong, and it was nice to see him think ahead of the weeks to come.

Brandon and I noticed, much to our dismay, that Dr. Spano (professor of College English) had neglected to post yet another week's assignments. Not to worry; Brandon and I discovered that we had more of our fair share of reading to get through for his Buisness Ethics course. We read Chapter 7 and its case studies to prepare for the upcoming paper next week. We will check back in English to see if new assignments post.

Brandon wrote up his first discussion post about stakeholders and the shift in corporate focus. We had covered the material yesterday, so writing it was no problem. We then shifted to the second discussion post, which was much more difficult as it was less specific. We spent the 2nd session looking for material to use in the post and came up with a pretty good outline. He should be in good shape for the week.

We briefly went through the reading material for this week, and then shifted focus to the first discussion post about stakeholders. I found the relevant part of the chapter, and we selected to case studies to use in the post. Brandon decided to wait until tomorrow to write the post.

Brandon had finished up his paper for the class, so we focused on completing the discussion posts. He did everything he could, but still has to post two responses to his classmates, but none of them had posted anything yet. He'll have to finish it over the weekend.

Brandon and I worked on the four discussion posts that were due in English for the week. Brandon had to provide an opinion on an article about Edward Snowden, and Brandon argued that Snowden was a modern day here. After responding to two fellow classmates, Brandon moved on to revising his logos, ethos, and pathos essay and submitted it at the end of our session.

Brandon and I continued working on his Business Ethics paper, expanding our outline from yesterday and writing the introduction and first body paragraph to the document. Brandon was highly motivated today, and he made some really great argumentative points about ethical business practices. Good session.

Brandon and I spent our time reading the case studies in Chapter 3, looking for studies that matched the personal/professional divide that Brandon outlined in the two studies he already chose to write. Brandon was very focused today, and we were able to find a study that matched the needs of our paper.

Brandon and I outlined his business ethics assignments for the week, continuing the readings in his class text, and compiling an outline for the first paper due later this week. Brandon was very motivated and seemed quite interested in the subject matter. We have yet to hear from his English professor about this week's assignments, but we will wait and see if Dr. Spano posts the assignments by tomorrow.

Brandon and I finished his Business Ethics paper, which asked him to point out three different problems as outlined in three different case studies from the course readings. Brandon had some very good opinions on the nature of how to correctly address these situations, and we were able to ensure that this paper was finished within our sessions together.
