Abbey and I did a power point on chapter four. We discussed the origin of folk and pop culture and how it disseminates. We will be discussing folk music, pop music and sports in the next meeting.
Abbey and I began discussion on CHapter 4 about folk and pop culture, how it is originated and disseminated. We also learned about folk music , how it originated and then became pop culture. We will be continuing our readings and findings of chapter 4 in the next few days.
Abbey and I finished reading chapter 5 and concentrated on population pyramids. We did an activity analyzing the population growth of India, China and the United States.
Abbey and I finished watching the rest of the documentary on worlds population. We finished writing a piece on the themes in the film and discussed chapter 5 in more detail as it related to the film.
Abbey and I read most of chapter 5 and took notes on some of the key concepts. We started watching a documentary about the world's population problem and wrote a piece on the common themes of the film.
Abbey and I read some of chapter 5, " Over population in India" and concentrated on key terms. We also learned how population is calculated. We will be finishing up the chapter and will be doing a population activity for the next few classes.
Abbey and I discussed the geography of Aspen. We then began reading chapter 6 and went over some important terms relating to population. We will be working on population for the next couple of weeks.
