Teddy participated in a guided reading exercise with material from a first grade level. He subsequently answered questions pertaining to the content which called upon his understanding, synthesis of the material, recall and retrieval skills. Teddy got 75% of the questions correct. He was then permitted to go outside and participate in a badminton game with 3 of his peers for the remaining 15 minutes of class. It was a fun, enriching, and productive start to the week.
