We looked up four different missions into space throughout the years, Sputnik 1, Galileo, Insight and Ladee, where they went, who sent them up and what they were looking for.
We then went over lunar and solar eclipses, the difference between the two and the three cases partial, total and annular eclipses. I showed him a visualization online of each type.
The last few minutes were spent going over the topics that we have covered thus far, and what will be on his quiz Friday.
Hunter was given part of the Wilson Assessment of Decoding and Encoding (WADE) today. This assessment will continue in the next session(s) until it is completed. The purpose of the WADE is to establish a baseline for instruction.
