I had initially planned on making home made mac n' cheese with PJ, but to my surprise he really doesn't like mac n' cheese. Luckily, we were able to put our heads together and come up with an alternative! PJ seemed to have a lot of fun inventing this dish and very much enjoyed the final result. His knife skills have really come a long way and he did a great job chopping the onions, as well as caramelizing and seasoning them himself. The buzzard dogs came excellent and PJ was excited to bring a few home for his family to try.
