Paige researched more options for successful paper chromatography demonstrations. We went to the lab and tried dry erase markers after yesterday's failure using pen and sharpies. We also tried different solvents including ammonia, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and water. We haven't found any good combinations yet.

Today we reviewed the future tense and its usage and endings according to each verb. We learned a dialogue on fashion and Paige practiced pronunciation and had to memorize it. She started to write an assignment discussing fashion today and comparing it to some other periods of time.

Paige and I went to the science lab and set up several paper chromatography demonstrations. We wanted to make sure that one of the demonstrations worked. Then I went over several mixture separation methods.
