Craig and I started with a nice 15 minute walk to get out and enjoy the sunshine. Then we played some basketball. We practiced "trick" shots, challenging each other with different shots to make. We also played a fun passing game using chest passes and bounce passes.
Craig wrote a rough draft of an email to Julian Edelman today. Craig recently finished a writing a paper on Julian. He intends to send the email with a copy of his paper to the football player. I helped Craig figure out how to word the email.
Today Craig completes the fourth and last corner of his picture frame using the metal corner brackets. When completed, there seemed to be a little gap on the last corner. We did a modification that corrected this issue. Good session.
We worked on how to estimate the percent of a number? We also worked on how the calculator can help answer this question. We used the Pizzazz Middle School page, E-23 to help answer these questions. Craig did a pretty good job with this procedure. Good session.
I will do a review of Romeo and Juliet with Craig to see what he knows about the characters and the scenes that he has read thus far. Craig and I will read through Act 2 Scenes 1 - 3. Once complete we will answer the review sheet. Since the dialogue is a bit challenging I will work Craig to answer the questions.

Craig and I read an article written by an unbiased writer who was trying to look at Bullfighting to see if it is truly a SPORT or not? The end result stated that it is a BEAUTY within the culture of
the Spanish and a dare in danger/death.... man vs. animal.
We watched two video excerpts: One a section of bullfighting and the second was an excerpt of RUNNING with the BULLS in Pamplona Spain.
