Reviewed and discussed difficult parts of the topics addressed in chapters 8 and 9. Prepared for quiz on same through discussion and sample test questions.
Made good use of the AP biology test bank for concept review and identifying areas that need further review. Jacob has a good understanding of the majority of the material in the chapters we discussed, and can now focus on the many details of these complicated subjects.
Randell and I finished getting ready for his test tomorrow. His score has gone from a 530 to a 670 in our time together, and i think he has the potential to score even higher on the actual test.
Randell and I worked on more SAT II prep. we have been focusing heavily on practice followed by nightly studying of subjects that he is struggling with.
Randell and I worked on his SAT II review for Biology. We covered sections of the test that he was struggling with, as well as giving him some more practice problems
Randall Took a diagnostic test today to see where he is at, which section he is the most comfortable with, and to help set up a study plan for success on the SAT II
