Randell took half of a full length test, and was timed. This was to give him a good idea of how to deal with the pacing of the AP exam. We then went over his answers and reviewed as necessary. Randell and I also spent the first hour talking about how to approach the essays, what to do when you feel lost with an essay, and how to maximize the amount of points he can get on a test. We also talked about general test taking strategies.
Randell and I worked on a practice AP exam to get him prepared for the types of questions he will face, and strategies on how to maximise his points and to approach these kinds of exams.
Randell and I continued to cover organ systems topics for the AP exam. These included the Musculoskeletal system and the Respiratory system. We also went over the exam he did not do well on.
