Ayden completed an APA citation quiz with me. We used this to check his comprehension of the concepts we have learned so far and to preview information we will be learning soon (in-text citations, reference page, etc.). Next, he completed some exercises on spellzone.com to practice identifying homographs/homophones. Lastly, we discussed his timeline for completing his research project.

Lesson Outline
We continued our lesson on formatting by APA 7th ed. He completed his APA styling of his annotated bibliography, and "submitted" for evaluation to me. He will have the opportunity to make changes this week.
We broke down the U of A university-wide course requirements and used the course scheduler/inventory to find classes for his fall semester (just to explore, get familiar with his possibilities).
Ayden has been working hard on his research project, today we took it easy. We talked about college- clubs/organizations, how to use resources at college, looked up the sports teams/how to attend games, etc.
