Once Luke focused, he was engaged in the Bingo game and could read all but one of the sight words on his board. Once the game ended, he became unfocused, so I created a map challenge. He found a push pin and destroyed a cup he got in the teacher room which he went to without permission.

Jason's teacher was not present, so he joined my other student in the library. It was a good chance for him to practice his social skills.

Luke was a bit distracted because we read the novel in the library.

Jason requested The Magic School Bus Book #1. He requested to watch the video at the end of the novel where we will compare and contrast the two.

Luke listened to the story but only finished his cover of the book which was a bit unrelated.

Jason enjoyed the story but did not participate in the follow-up lesson. I rescheduled for the next day. Jason was not happy on the playground because he did not like the rules of the game, so he went in early.

Luke refused to participate in any of the lessons. He became obsessed with the pins. I removed them from the classroom.

Jason asked for a partner read but knew most of the words.
