Stanford Achievement Test – Sebastian completed the practice portion of the Stanford Achievement Test. He also completed the bubbling document part of the Stanford Achievement Test and was able to complete the Word Study Skills section.

Judy , I will continue to jot these things like this down if you want. I hate to report on everything he does. I would rather report when it is REALLY a problem. There is too much to write every little thing he does out there.
Today Sebastian…
• Imitated Miss Courtney when she spoke.
• He was directing conversation to the VPK hollering, “Red light, green light, “ in a very loud voice. When asked to stop he said,” I’m not talking to them, I’m doing nothing wrong, I’m not talking to them.” But Mercer and Sebastian were facing the VPK playground and it was clear they were trying to get their attention.
• When it was time to come in it took 3 requests before he stopped playing.
Sebastian color coded a map and key of the Southern colonies and their capitals. Sebastian read a passage on the causes of the American Revolution. Using the passage as a reference, Sebastian completed a cause and effect chart.
In today's session Sebastian and I completed part of the standardized practice test. We got through multiple sections but he was not able to fully complete it during our session.

Sebastian refused to get off his ipad or the couch this morning. I had to remove it from his room before we started class and put it up with Elise. During this time Sebastian and Mercer had a painting from the wall that Christopher made and were doing something in Christopher's room. I took the painting and got them both back to their rooms then put the painting back up on the wall. The said that it had fallen but they were both giggling.
Storyboards for the Film TCUS3 for the "on location" shooting; He is scheduling Cast/Crew for Permissions to be signed; He is rewriting final scenes for the pool, bathtub, garage for students to rehearse this week. He consulted with each student about his plans to shoot May 24, Tuesday, 10-2 all students agreed and were given release forms for students to sign.
Sebastian made mac and cheese bites from scratch, by cooking the pasta, mixing with the cheese sauce mix, and baking in the muffin pan for the perfect bite.

Sebastian has been asking to make these again over and over, so today we did it. He has been unmotivated to cook lately, so when I told him we were making these he was super excited to come to the kitchen. He even ate a few of them too.
In today's lesson Sebastian and I investigated the combined movement of the moon and the Earth through space. This allowed us to learn about moon phases as well as lunar and solar eclipses.
Grammar - Quotation Marks – Sebastian took a quiz on this skill.
Grammar – Commas in a series – Sebastian practiced commas in series while using IXL.com.
Reading – Monster Blood by R.L. Stein – We read 4 chapters in this book and discussed the events and characters in these chapters.
He also spent some time completing a storyboard for his film.
