In this session, Dylan completed his review exercise to prepare for his exam on quadratic functions. This involved multiple methods of determining zeros of the function and vertex of the function.
In this activity, Dylan worked on his final project representing transformations. This was an extensive project where he had to make up a function then use it to represent all the possible transformations.
In this activity, Dylan and I reviewed his homework and completed sections that were incomplete. The lesson focused on techniques in finding zeros and vertex of quadratics functions.
In this session, we worked on a transformation project in which he had to make up a function and then demonstrate all the function transformations that were learned.
In this session, Dylan and I covered transformations of translations, reflections and scale changes. The functions used were quadratic, absolute value, cubic and radical equations.
In this session, we worked on the three transformations of translations, reflections and scale changes. We also looked at graphs and then built a function using the transformations.
In this session, we worked on a review exercise to prepare for his exam. We mainly focused on techniques used to prove trig identities and techniques used to graph sin cosine functions showing all for transformations.

Lesson Outline
Dylan had completed several sections for homework. We reviewed these and discussed the philosophies behind the answers. We then completed several English, grammar and writing sections together and reviewed them. I would like for Dylan to practice over the summer until he takes the test. We made some copies of more English sections so that he can practice on his own. He has completed the entire 2019 SAT book, as well as the SAT Vocabulary book. Great job, Dylan!
