Set scene in battle of rights vs. commercial development by Top Golf. Cameron's comprehension is good but attention while remote could improve. (Eating, rubic cube) during class.

Cameron is remote again which is far less productive in terms of his attention. Not necessarily Cam specifically, I'm guessing its just a byproduct of the remote process. Cameron remains engaged and his comprehension of the various elements of a News Story (different and more government structured in nature). I created a concept of a story and discuss the elements and potential ways to write it to convey the outrageousness and the battle for rights. Ironically, both side of the battle love the same thing: Golf

Cameron is doing great! On-line is not as successful as in person but we are finishing what we started (editorial) together in house.
“Editorial” Strongly held stand re: one topic (different than Commentary which is more anticipatory) . Cameron selects a topic of injustice: Equipment / Technology = unequal scales of Talent (or hiding inferior players ). Cam with the least instruction yet (by design) dives right into writing his thoughts after getting my assist on the title editorial. Writes entire Editorial then we go back to clean up & make/structure in strongest form.

Writes entire Editorial then we go back to clean up & make/structure in strongest form. This is VERY Impressive. Cameron didn't hesitate, wonder what to write and fearlessly dove into it. Now yes, I teed-it up for him but really that's it. Will finish next session
1st Class in TV Sports Broadcasting goes quite well for this socially advanced young man/kid. We discussed introductory concepts of sportscasting after discussing the number one rule of Journalism: ASSUME NOTHING!
Nicky is engaging and advanced socially for merely being a 7th grader. Impressive. I anticipate a quick study. He already proclaimed this to be his favorite class until I took him through all his classes and demonstrated the need for every other one of his classes to be a great sportscaster.:)

Like his physical presence, Nicky's 7th grade awareness is much bigger than one would expect. Pretty astute young man. Nicky had no following topic and having strong feelings about what he likes and doesn't like about TV Sportscaster---such interpretive accuracy belies his youth.
