Cabo instructed Instructed to open the budget calculator, research all of the elements for his budget and input the data into the calculator.

Cabo was instructed to present his budget for his video game. Cabo did not complete the assignment, so he was given time in class to continue working on the budget.

Cabo was instructed to present his timeline and the salaries for each of the jobs I had given him. I worked with him to begin creating his timeline. I gave Cabo a link to a convention listing website for video games. He was instructed to choose a convention that he would like to present his game. Additionally, Cabo was instructed to give a timeframe for his video game, and he chose 12 months for production. From these two pieces of information, we were able to construct a 12-month timeline that included building the team, creating the story, different checkpoints throughout the timeline, and finally, the game's release.

Today's lesson continued the focus on the unit review. Cabo discussed his understanding of the differences between colonization and imperialism. Cabo answered questions testing his knowledge of the unit material.

Matthew wrote a portion of one of his English essays discussing which ending he liked best from Great Expectations.

He also worked on the past paragraph from his Spanish essay.

Matthew did not make it in for lunch and recess.

Today's lesson focused on study skills and homework. Cabo discussed his current study skills methods and reviewed a video clip on effective ways to study better. Cabo completed note cards for Spanish vocabulary and a graphic arts tutorial on movement. No additional homework was reported due for today as per his teachers.

Spencer did well choosing the vocabulary word that matched the clue. He confidently solved multi-step word problems that involved more than one operation.

Today, we started working on the review of this Algebra II course. We went over Chapters 1 and 2 and reviewed the most important key concepts applying them to some practice questions.

We discussed the Ukraine War, Putin, what the U.S. and NATO should be doing, if anything, and what we considered the outcome could be.
