How to Study Effectively
Lesson Outline
We reviewed a study by a neuroscientist on how to study effectively. We learned that spaced repetition as opposed to cramming is the best method to study for long-term learning. To avoid procrastination, start small, do small 5-minute study intervals and see how you feel. It would be best to develop a routine of good study habits since it is unlikely you will be motivated every day.
