Today we saw a video of a family that was going to travel to Puerto Rico to visit their relatives, in the video, he could see how they used the present progressive, then he answered a few questions from the video.
Bobby and I went through textbook pp. 52 and 53. We started by reading a two-party conversation out loud in Spanish to each other. We went through it together again slowly for comprehension. Bobby then responded to the comprehension questions verbally. The rest of the time we spent reviewing direct object pronouns (me/te/lo/la/nos/os/los/las) and answering practice questions.
Today we reviewed how to form the present progressive in Spanish. Then, he read in the book page 25, an email from a student from Argentina, and he had to complete it with the correct verb in the present progressive.
Continuing with the past participle, he watched a video that explained how to form the "Pasado participio" in Spanish. After that, he completed an activity in which he read a survey and completed the sentences with the participle past tense of the verb in parentheses.
Today we read about Hotels in the Caribbean, the services they offer, and the excursions they have for their visitors. He completed some questions and learned new vocabulary.
