Ayden arrived 15 minutes late (9:15am) for his 9:00am class today. We updated his portfolio with current market prices and discussed strategy for varying the portfolio from the S&P 500 Index.
Introduction to above the line and below the line filmmaking jobs/roles. Storytelling in cinema and activated storytelling in gaming comparisons. Innovations through math principles in CGI. Movie genres, Comedy, Horror, Action, Sci-Fi ~ we watched historical trailers by Hitchcock, Friedken and other directors in the Horror genre, then watched a NY Times round table of directors and actors talking about their work in film and how they got their first jobs.
We worked on identifying the sector for all of Ayden's current stock holdings and determining the percentage weight of each position. We also used the Excel spreadsheet to calculate and track the overall sector weights in his portfolio.

We discussed call options strategies using technical analysis for timing entry. We also reviewed cryptocurrencies and other typical cross currency rates such as euros and yen.
