Today we went through the garden area clearing invasive seedlings coming up with the additional sunlight on the site.

Today we continued with pruning back the Brazilian pepper tree in the garden. This tree will ultimately have to be removed. We used the leaves of the branches as mulch.

Today, some of the lesson time was with the Christmas festivities in the lunchroom. We did have time to begin removing the Brazilian pepper tree in the area where the wild flowers are going.

Today, we about finished preparing the future wildflower garden by removing the small ficus plants that previously inhabited the area.
