Substitute Assignment for Ms. Kim. Spanish, Period 5.
Matthew
Matthew and I began with a decimal review on how to say decimal amounts and each digit's place value. Then, Matthew used a decimal place value chart to model decimal amounts to the tenths and hundredths place by shading the given decimal amounts. Using this manipulative, Matthew recognized that decimal amounts can be combined to make a whole amount by shading ten of ten parts or a hundred of hundred parts. We finished with an angle review on acute, right, obtuse, straight, and reflex angles and their degrees before Matthew played a bow and arrow angle game online.
