design fundamentals. Charlie had an extra art time today, instead of his computer graphics. He created a painting using the "elements" of lines and shapes. He then used his "primary" colors to paint the entire design, by mixing the colors to create new and interesting colors.
design fundamentals. Marcos worked on a "line" design today. This was an extra art time for today. He used the "elements" of lines and shapes to create his design. He then used colored sharpies to add color.
design fundamentals. Continuing our lessons using the elements of lines and shapes, Dylan created a mask today. Using shapes for the face, he painted the shapes with different colors. He created the head of the mask, by using a meat tray and paper bag. This is a project more in the 3-d art form, but he had fun making it. He also did another drawing using lines and shapes of "Clifford the Clown."
