During this hour, I was asked to join Debbie S - who had Chris - to work on the Batt School script. Chris first completed the student survey for the accreditation committee and then worked on the script. I was told to enter the summary under Lucas as Chris can't have two teachers.
Lucas was not in school today, Thursday, 3-3-22. I worked with Chris on his Batt tour script, with Anna, from 11 - 12, per Kendra, as Lucas was not in. However, I am not sure how this will be reconciled as Chris shouldn't have two teachers. When Elise and/or Delaina review the hours on this day, this will explain why it is an hour over.
We created a beach in a pan with sand and water. We observed that making waves in the water caused sand to slide off our beach. We added a rock barrier to stop the waves from eroding our beach.
Use the first half of class to learn how to use the Spin Art machine. Choose colors for Lucas to use on his project and create a Spin Art piece. Use the drying rack to dry Lucas's piece.

Lucas did great with his color theory project. He finished today and learned how to protect and seal a painting. He wasn't able to do spin art as we did the rest of them at lunch, but we will see if we can schedule it sometime soon.
