This is not a favorite thing for Marcos. He does try in between explanations as to why he doesn't need to learn to type with both hands.
Marcos and I went to the computer lab. We reviewed the proper starting position and posture and went back to the interactive keyboarding lessons. We started with Lesson 3. Marcos found it too challenging, so we went back to Lessons 1 and 2 for practice before continuing on.

Student spent more time arguing why he can type faster with one hand than practicing with two.
Marcos and I printed out several keyboarding templates to display for reference in his room and keep in his folder. We looked at a typewriter and discussed proper desk chair and fingering position before practicing different letter combinations. We went to www.sense-lang.org to do two lessons. These are great visually interactive lessons with color, sound and display to help learn different combinations.
