David does not take constructive instruction well. When an error is pointed out, he verbally becomes combative. I had to step out and ask Megan to come by the room. After that he was very cooperative.

David has a problem with constructive criticism. When he makes a mistake in typing, he blames the computer. He won't admit that he is going too fast, and not using the correct fingers.
David continues to review the letters he is having difficulty remembering which finger to use to type it with. The letter C in particular. He reviewed the period and the comma, and completed the Beginner's Review.
David reviewed the letters he has learned and focused on the letters that he continues to type with the wrong finger.

He is very argumentative. He had a pop gun in his room that he said he got approved. I asked Jordy if this was true, and he said," No." The gun was removed from his room.

David can be very argumentative. When he makes a mistake in typing, it is because he goes too fast, and doesn't use the correct fingers. He always blames his mistakes on the computer. When I try to explain why he is making mistakes, he usually has a comeback comment that it is not him, it is the computer.
