Today, I introduced Nico to 4 different quarterback drills.
The first drill was a box test which measures agility.
The next drill was a backup drill that measures agility and speed.
We then some sideways running and we finished with Karioke running.
Today, PJ and I did a full body workout with dumbbells.
PJ is having issues with his leg, so we stayed under the pavilion and different exercises with the dumbbells.
We finished with a complete body stretch.
Today, Aiden and I did a full body workout with dumbbells.
We did each exercise 15-20 times and we progressed around the body.
We finished with 2 full body planks.
Nico and I worked on football skills today.
We started the basics, and we progressed to throwing on the run, both going right and left.
We then worked on proper form.
We then worked on some catching skills.
Lastly, we did some catching while on the move.
Aiden did a series of fitness activities.
We started with 3 full body planks. (One of those lasted for 3 minutes WOW!!!)
We then progressed to some abdominal exercises.
We finished with a cool down.
PJ and I did a variety of different fitness activities.
We started with 3 sets of the plank.
We then 2 sets of push ups and 2 sets of sit ups.
We then followed up deep-squats.
We then finished with a dumbbell work out.
