As Atticus was working remotely today, we completed grammar and reading comprehension exercises on the IXL program . First, we addressed run-ons and fragments followed by antecedent pronoun agreement. Atticus did well with both exercises. We then shifted focus to reading comprehension first locating the topic sentence in the passages followed by answering questions on the main idea of the paragraph.

Atticus encountered a number of technical difficulties with his internet connection resulting in a late start and 30 minutes attended .
Atticus finished the Prismacolor work that we started yesterday. Afterwards, we continued to work on his self portrait using the color wheel to choose colors for the shirt, glasses and background.
