Richard continues to practice the principals of handwriting; posture, pencil grip, position of paper, and placement. We combined a handwriting lesson with a lesson on phonics. He worked on learning to write numbers correctly.
We worked on making his writing easy to read. We focused on positioning his paper correctly, sitting up straight, pulling his strokes down in the correct direction, holding the pencil grip correctly, and shifting the paper as he writes.
