We played in Drop D tuning, and began learning Everlong by the Foo Fighters.

We began learning single note flat picking by playing the song More Than a Feeling by Boston. We also explored playing barre chords in drop D tuning on the electric guitar, and began learning the chord progression to Everlong by the Foo Fighters.

We sang some songs and made up songs about animals. We played on the electric keyboard.

We continued working on One, and playing the minor pentatonic scale.

We continued working on some of the songs we've been learning. We worked on Jersey Giant, and playing Margaritaville all the way through with the recording. We also worked on learning the instrumental break to Margaritaville.

He showed me music that he has learned so far. He did a great job. I showed him a few songs I used to know, and he tried to play them. I enjoyed our class!
