JPaul was absent for class. THe class time was used to prepare for upcoming events.

In order to prepare JP for tomorrow's Unit 8 test, we today reviewed JP's homework, a Unit 8 review exercise. JP did well on the analytical questions but had difficulties with the composition section. As such, I provided instruction on misplaced modifiers and studying diction to determine style and tone. We further studied the nuances in the AP multiple choice responses , and discussed the importance of carefully paying attention to the precise information sought in the question.

JPaul was asked to watch a video on oil spills, and answer comprehension question over the video.
