Nicky's comprehension, attention level and thought process remains advanced. Impressive student. As we discussed in person today, I walked him through how every other class he takes at Batt School is very important and utilized within the work of a balanced journalist.
We defined volume of space figures and made notes of the formulas. Nicky solved problems with help. We reviewed long division and order of operations at the end of the class.
We learned the key concepts of accounting including Balance Sheets, Debits and Credits, Expenses, and we also looked at the importance of a Corporate Annual Report.
Nicky and I began the introduction into Chapter 4 Lesson 3 by reading the first three pages out of the textbook before turning our attention to the opening question from the sectional reading companion. We also watched a short video on the Boston Tea Party.
Nicky and I went through the six questions from the section review. Nicky was originally assigned these for homework. Upon completion, we began to review some of the key concepts, making sure he had each properly defined in his notes.
